Privacy policy.
Effective April 21, 2026
This policy explains what information Revenant Collective, LLC collects, why, and how it is handled. Please review it with qualified counsel before relying on it.
1. Who we are
Revenant Collective, LLC (“Revenant Collective,” “we,” “us”) is a private travel collective headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, operating as an air charter broker under DOT 14 CFR Part 295 and arranging related travel services. This policy applies to revenantcollective.com and to any personal information you share with us while we plan or run a trip.
2. Information we collect
- Information you submit. Name, email address, phone number, travel dates, routing, passenger or guest count, budget, and any details you include in a quote request or trip briefing.
- Trip-operational information. Passenger manifests, government-issued ID for customs and security, dietary or medical preferences, and vendor records shared with us to arrange a trip.
- Automatically collected information. IP address, user-agent, approximate location, and pages viewed. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which are designed to be cookieless and to avoid cross-site tracking. We use Vercel BotID (powered by Kasada) on submission endpoints to distinguish humans from automated bots.
3. How we use information
- To respond to your quote request and plan, quote, and run your trip.
- To coordinate with operators, crews, drivers, villa staff, and other third parties necessary to deliver the trip you have asked us to arrange.
- To keep records for accounting, tax, dispute, and regulatory purposes, including Part 295 broker obligations.
- To improve the website, detect and prevent fraud or abuse, and secure our systems.
- To send transactional communications. We do not use your contact information for unrelated marketing without your consent.
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:
- Operators and service providers necessary to fulfill your trip (FAA Part 135 or Part 121 operators, foreign CAA equivalents, yacht captains and management firms, ground operators, villa managers, caterers, and destination services).
- Technology vendors under written agreements, including Vercel, Inc. (hosting, analytics, BotID) and Resend, Inc. (transactional email).
- Professional advisors such as attorneys, accountants, and auditors, where reasonably required.
- Authorities where required by law, subpoena, or in response to a lawful request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our clients, crews, or staff.
5. Retention
We retain quote requests and trip records for as long as necessary to provide the services you have requested, to maintain the operator and client relationships that produce them, and to satisfy our legal and regulatory obligations. When a record is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized on a regular schedule.
6. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your information has been exposed, contact us immediately at Info@RevenantCollective.com.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to opt out of certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a regulator. To exercise any of these rights, email us at Info@RevenantCollective.com from the address on file with us. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
California residents may also be entitled to the specific disclosures required by the CCPA/CPRA. EU/UK residents may exercise GDPR/UK GDPR rights where applicable. We do not knowingly sell or “share” personal information within the meaning of those laws.
8. Children
The website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. When a trip includes minor guests, their information is provided by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult client and is used only to arrange and run the trip.
9. International transfers
Our vendors and operators may process information in the United States and in other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective” date above and, where appropriate, through direct notice.
